Ingredients:
Brown rice (with onion, garlic, rosemary, and extra virgin olive oil), lentils (with onion, garlic, olive oil, turmeric, and bay leaf), courgette (with garlic and butter), and potatoes (with unsalted butter, rosemary, and thyme).

Microwave (from frozen): Place the desired number of Tiny Bites cubes in a microwave-safe dish. Heat on medium power for 1–2 minutes. Stir well to ensure even heating and eliminate hot spots.
Hob (from frozen): Gently warm your Tiny Bites in a pan with 1–2 tablespoons of water over low heat, stirring occasionally until evenly heated.
From defrosted: Defrost in the fridge for a minimum of 6 hours. Once defrosted, gently heat in a pan until warmed through.
Important Safety Notes
Temperature check: Always ensure your Tiny Bites are thoroughly heated, then allow to cool to a safe temperature before serving.
Storage after defrosting: Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and enjoy within 72 hours.
Do not refreeze: For safety and quality, do not refreeze once defrosted.
